During the Just Add Water 2 Event at The Podium Mall last October 9, I was able to get my hands on this Jane Davenport Dot Card by Daniel Smith, courtesy of DesArtroom.
Since I also got a Roses reference book, I decided to play with the dotcard for my practice florals.
Finishing a pigment is like waking up from a beautiful dream. *sigh*
I am in love with the pigments of this dot card! For this practice, I used Potters Pink, Naphtamide Maroon, Cascade Green, and Serpentine Genuine. Oh, and a blob of Sodalite Genuine and Rhodonite Genuine. Lovely pigments, aren’t they?!

Wow! I didn’t know you were artsy too! Well, all I can say is that you’re so talented with watercolor. The only thing I could do with it is to scribble letters. Illustrating and I do not really mix well. I so love your florals. It feels so real like oyu painted what you saw. 🙂
